Latest poll by ORB on behalf of BBC Newsnight reveals more people believe David Cameron and the Conservative Party will "make the right cuts in public spending" than Gordon Brown and Labour.
ORB will be working together with Cornell Belcher - one of President Obama's pollsters - and BBC Newsnight on a series of programs over the next month that look at political attitudes in the UK, months before the next general election. Full data tables are below.
