Quality Assurance

 

As research providers our aims are to meet and exceed the industry standards that are laid down by the professional bodies that we subscribe to, including the Market Research Society (MRS), European Society of Market and Opinion Research (ESOMAR) and the World Association of Public Opinion Research (WAPOR). We have been independently quality assured and given an excellent evaluation in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. We are also registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

ISO 20252

“ISO 20252:2006 market, opinion, social research, vocabulary and service requirements” is the new international standard that unites and supersedes existing national standards and sets a standardised framework of quality for market research globally. ORB was one of the first agencies to be accredited with the standard.

At ORB, we apply a Quality Management System (QMS) on all projects, which covers the requirements of ISO 20252. Within this accreditation, we have implemented a quality management system to demonstrate our ability to provide a consistent service that meets customer, statutory and regulatory requirements. Our Quality Management System is documented in an extensive Quality Manual, which ensures that all key documents/outputs including questionnaires, reports and presentations are checked for accuracy, approved by a senior member of the team (Associate Director or above) and signed-off by the client where applicable.
